- Who is Xpress Junk & Trash Removal? Obviously we love what we do, especially servicing the north valley. Randy is always available to take your calls and questions and if you decide you would like our service, Randy will be there to do the work.
- What can we take? Just about anything. From 1 item to multi truck loads. Household and yard clutter, furniture, appliances, televisions, computers, scrap metals, general debris, etc… We also go the extra mile by raking and sweeping up the clean up areas. Just ask. We are here to accommodate you.
- What other services do we offer? Home & garage de-clutter and organization. Usually overwhelming for the customer but we do it daily. Our customers have told us on many occasions that we make it look easy. We also do light demolition: kitchen cabinet removal, bathroom demo, pulling up old carpeting, paneling, shed tear downs, spa & hot tub removal, etc. No need to bring items to the street. Just point and we’ll take it away. We are here to service you.
- Are we insured? We are fully lnsured, as well as a Surprise Chamber Member, and listed with PORA.
- How can you take all of this at this price? Easy. We have been doing this forever, plus we are a locally owned business. No franchise fees! I and my helper do the work. We recycle and donate to cut down on our landfill fees and with a 20 mile service radius of Sun City, we are able to conserve fuel and time. Doing this allows us to pass the savings on to you: 20% – 40% below the cost of our competition and 35% – 40% below franchises.
- Do we give discounts? Yes, we give everyone discounts. We are at least 20% below other haulers costs.
- Do we donate? Yes, daily. In 2011, we donated the equivalent of 2 full semi trucks to local charities, returning the donation receipt back to the customer. This is just another one of the many ways we cut your cost.
- Can we give you an exact price over the phone? We can give you a ballpark estimate over the phone based on the amount and nature of the material you want removed. However, we prefer to come out and give you a Free Estimate in person to insure accuracy. In most cases, if you are happy with the price, we can do your service at that time.
- Do you charge for estimates? No! It is always FREE of charge to have someone stop by, assess the situation and give you an accurate price.
- Am I obligated to have Xpress Junk do the work once they have provided me with an estimate? Absolutely not! Our estimates come with No Obligation and are Free of Charge.
- How soon does Xpress book appointments? We can book your clean up as soon as you’re comfortable with the estimate. Service will be done that day or within 24 hours.
- Do you work after hours? Give us a call and we will figure out the best way to accommodate your schedule. We are here to serve you.
- What service do you provide for realtors and property managers? We do pre sale clutter clean ups and organizing. We help sort out keepsake items for the owner and remove the debris. We do foreclosure and short sale clean ups. Interior and exterior. Debris clean up and broom outs. Pre walk through clean ups…we’ve been called only hours before a scheduled walk through and have been able to complete the task in time. We understand the nature of your business and will give fast, economical service.
